1.         The order of delivery is as follows:

a.         First speaker of the affirmative team

b.         First speaker of the negative team

c.         Second speaker of the affirmative team

d.         Second speaker of the negative team

e.         Third speaker of the affirmative team

f.          Third speaker of the negative team

g.         Floor questions

h.         Summing-up from the Captain of the negative team

i.          Summing-up from the Captain of the affirmative team  

2.         Each floor speaker will be given 1 minute to raise his/her question.  

3.         Floor speakers can either express their opinions or raise a question.  

4.         Debate team members can preserve the right to answer the questions raised by floor speakers.  

5.         Personal attack is strictly forbidden.  

6.         Notes can only be written on standard cards.  Documents of any other sorts are not allowed to be brought up to the stage.
