| The coming assembly will be held next Monday. The 8th and 9th periods will be cancelled. | |
| 2. | Cancellation of Post-exam Period |
| We regret to tell you that the post-exam period has already become part of the history in CCSC. In other words, you will have your normal lessons on 17/1/2002. On the same day will be the commencement of the Second Term. | |
| 3. | Hair-check on 21-23/1/2002 |
| All boys should always keep your shirts and trousers tidy and nice. Trim your hair if necessary. Your appearance will give impression to all teachers. You will receive your report card soon and it's time for the form-teacher to give a grade for your neatness. Do this well to guarantee a good grade. | |
| 4. | Change of lesson |
| 1st period 18.1.2002 (Fri) ---> Chemistry | |
| 4th period 22.1.2002 (Tue) ---> English Language | |
| 5. | Blood Donation |
| There will be a blood donation session on 21.1.2002. Students who are interested in giving blood, please take an application form from your form-teacher on 17.1.2002 (Thu). A name list will be circulated on that day to recruit blood-donors. A merit will be given to each blood donor and it will also be mentioned in your S5 testimonial. Please come and give blood. | |
| 6. | Performance in Mid-term Examination |
| There will be a discussion of exam results with individual slow-learners later next week. The general performance will also be discussed during the English Language lessons. | |
| 7. | The Seating Plan for February is now ready. |
| 8. | An English Test will be arranged on 27.2.2002 (Wed). |
